Besides the varnishing of stators with insertion and hairpin winding, we will present different protection methods for hairpin welding points and show how the impregnation process can be combined in-line with powder coating in a cost-effective and efficient way.

In the webinar we will virtually open our doors and quickly show equipment and processes that are used in batteries, inverter/converters, on-board chargers and other products complementary to e-motors: dispensing thermal interface materials, glues, potting compounds and reactive resins.
