Process Manager (gn)
We have this position (gn) for our headquarters in 97990 Weikersheim to be filled as soon as possible
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT.
Handling of process-related projects for the optimisation, automation and flexibilisation of bdtronic business processes
Analysis and evaluation of processes
You represent the topic of process management in committees and vis-à-vis management, present results and obtain decisions.
Moderation and organisation of actual and target process workshops
Support in the roll-out of global target processes and training of employees (gn) in the new processes
Processual responsibility for the relocation of product units and their processes between our locations
Optimisation of intercompany processes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed studies with a technical or commercial background
Professional expertise:
Practical experience in process or quality management and in the standardisation of manufacturing operations and related processes
Technical knowledge:
Knowledge in the implementation and realisation of process and management systems
Profound lean knowledge
Language skills:
Very good knowledge of English due to our international orientation; knowledge of Italian an advantage
Additional requirements:
Willingness to travel to our bdtronic branches
Soft-Skills:
You have an independent way of working, enjoy communicating with people and presenting experiences in it and moderating groups
You like to work in detail and enjoy documenting workshops and processes
You understand how to work in international and intercultural projects
