Thermally conductive pastes
Thermal conductive pastes are pasty 1K or 2K media that adapt optimally to the individual contours of the component. Their demanding material properties require special attention in material preparation and dispensing technology.
Epoxy resins
Epoxy resins are always in demand where high-modulus bonding is desired or excellent media resistance and high-temperature strength are required.
Polyurethanes

After extensive testing, we make well-founded recommendations and provide you with a detailed test report containing all the parameters tested.
