These were exactly the questions answered at the Practical Seminar on Dispensing Technology from March 3rd to 4th. Two days where technology was experienced, discussed, and understood together.
The moment when technology is truly understood.
There was that one moment in a workshop when you could see it: the look that changed. When a nod suddenly became real understanding. When someone said: "Ah – that was exactly our problem!"
It is precisely for these moments that we at bdtronic hold the Practical Seminar on Dispensing Technology.
Weikersheim, March 3, 2026. 8:30 a.m. The participants came from different companies, different industries – but they all shared the same thing: daily work with a dispensing system. And often also the same questions that simply never found time in day-to-day business.
They took two days to address them.
Theory and practice – hand in hand, every day.
What made this seminar special: on both days, well-founded theoretical content and hands-on practical sessions in the Technology Center alternated – deliberately designed so that what was learned could be immediately experienced, tried out, and retained.
On the first day, the program covered the fundamentals of 2K systems – silicones, EP, PUR – as well as the function and maintenance of MPS, PPS, pumps, and mixing heads. What was explained in the theory section could be directly replicated on the live system shortly afterwards. Our experts guided the participants step by step – not as lecturers, but as discussion partners at eye level.
Day two: Dive deeper, think further.
The second day built on the insights of the first and deepened them. Training on bdtronic dispensing controls, troubleshooting scenarios, the latest software updates – and once again: hands-on practice in the Technology Center.
Between the sessions, something emerged that no curriculum could have forced: real conversations. With process experts, with dispensing professionals, with colleagues from other companies who were facing the same challenges.
An evening that brings people together.
Technology created connections – but a shared evening turned professional colleagues into a network. Over dinner, experiences were shared and solutions were found.
That, too, was part of the practical seminar.
Those who left, left differently than they had arrived – with greater confidence in handling the system, with concrete answers to concrete questions, and with the knowledge that bdtronic is more than a machine manufacturer. bdtronic is a partner.
