5G is the new generation in mobile communications. In addition to speed, the new mobile communications standard enables higher capacities and significantly shorter response times. With the expansion of the networks, the digitization of many areas of life continues to advance. To dissipate the heat from the electronics to the antenna housing and to prevent overheating, a thermally conductive paste is applied to the antenna heat sink.

Liquid seals are applied to 5G antennas to protect them from external influences. Thermally conductive pastes protect against overheating of the electronics.

A typical dispensing application is the application of a thermally conductive material to the heat sink of the router , to dissipate the heat of the electronics to the router housing and to prevent overheating. To prevent moisture from entering the interior of the router, which can destroy the electronics, a liquid sealant is applied to the router housing.

To ensure that the adhesive adheres better to the housing, the bonding surface is cleaned in advance with our plasma equipment, thus increasing the surface tension. This ensures optimum adhesion.

Base stations for LTE networks

With our dispensing systems, thermally conductive materials are applied to the heat sink of the base station to dissipate the heat of the electronics to the housing of the station and to prevent overheating.  To prevent moisture from entering the interior of the station, which can destroy the electronics, a liquid seal is applied to the housing with bdtronic dispensing systems.
