For us, success is defined by our teams. So both is celebrated: our successes and our teams. Every year, we organize a big Christmas party where we round off a successful year together in a convivial atmosphere. And we also like to find occasions to celebrate during the year. We look back on joint excursions such as the Canstatter Wasen, a beer tasting or a big summer party.
The diversity of our employees is seen as an enrichment from which we draw innovative strength. Colleagues from over 20 different nations work at our site in Germany. We are convinced that this diversity makes us even more innovative and creative.

And by the way, you can actively participate in the design of the content. For example, we have created our very own geocaching.

In cooperation with the customer, sales and engineering, our project managers develop the concept for the new, customer-specific plants, prepare the offers and, after the order has been placed, control the entire project handling

Our large service department enables an optimal support of our customers: Starting with the testing and running-in of the plant, the training of our customer personnel, to after-sales services.
Our software is developed in-house: Starting with PLC programming, system control and high-level language programming in C#, up to the creation of our own HMI.
They are often the first contact to our customers. On the basis of customer tests in our in-house technology center, we are designing our systems so that they optimally match the required needs.
New orders, new markets and in constant contact with the customer - our sales team is the "ear at the market".
From financial accounting to marketing to the head office - our colleagues in various administrative departments ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the entire company organization.
