The bdtronic micro dispenser mini-dis control makes dispensing in the microliter range easy. The control unit is operated via an innovative multi-touch color display.
Dispensing in the microliter range
The mini-dis control can be used flexibly, depending on requirements. It can be used for very small series, laboratories, prototype and sample construction or in series production. The micro-dispensing pumps can be operated in different versions, for example on a fixed frame, integrated on an axis system or a robot. For difficult-to-access dispensing, selected variants of the micro-dispensing device can also be used in manual operation.
An innovative and self-explanatory HMI ensures easy operation and shows the operator all process parameters at any time. With more than 20 preset languages as well as different power supplies (110/230V, 50/60 Hz) and mains plugs, the micro dispenser allows global use.
The material and recipe database, which can hold up to 1,000 materials and process parameters, allows easy and safe changeover to further product and material variants. Once a suitable recipe has been selected, the process parameters are set automatically. This ensures process reliability at all times.
