Trainee testimonials

Julia Neeser

"As a trainee here at bdtronic, you get the opportunity to go through many different departments, which makes the training very interesting and diverse. I especially like the relaxed interaction with each other, the high level of helpfulness, and that a lot of value is always placed on one's own interests."

Hassib Ahmad

"I left my home country Afghanistan in 2015 and have been living in Germany ever since.

In 2017, I started an apprenticeship as a technical product designer at the company bdtronic in Weikersheim, which I successfully completed this year.

I feel very comfortable here, which is why I will also work here for the time after my training."

Julius Popp

"During my training as a mechatronics engineer at bdtronic, there were new challenges every day. My colleagues always treated me as an equal and involved me in more complex tasks.

After my apprenticeship, I continue working at bdtronic and advocate for all other apprentices and young people in our youth and apprentice representation."

Niklas Hügel

"During my training at bdtronic, I am learning something new every day. The working atmosphere here is very good and so far every colleague has been very helpful and nice to me.

Going through the different departments in my apprenticeship, I was always accepted directly integrated into the team."
