Who we are bdtronic has over 40 years of experience in serial process development and the construction of dispensing systems – since the first development and production of dispensing technology in 1976 and the expansion to become a global manufacturer of 1K and 2K dispensing systems since 1983. Adhesive Application, Potting, and other Dispensing Processes
The effective processing of dispensing materials has a decisive influence on your components. Even the smallest deviations in dispensing or material preparation can have a significant impact on the quality and service life of your products. Static and dynamic Mixing
As a manufacturer of dispensing technology, we use a variety of dispensing methods and different mixing principles for dispensing media in order to optimally process multi-component materials such as 2-component (2C) media. The resin and hardener components must be mixed in the correct ratio and homogenized in the dispensing system in order to achieve the highest quality. bdtronic offers both static and dynamic mixing methods for dispensing applications to achieve perfect results for every application. Static mixing is suitable for low-viscosity to paste-like media, whereby the material flows are mixed in a mixing tube. Dynamic mixing, on the other hand, is suitable for low to medium viscosity media and is carried out in a mixing chamber with rotating mixers at up to 6,000 rpm.

More than 20 experts in dispensing technology determine the appropriate process parameters in application tests – from prototypes to original components. We produce A, B, and C samples using our in-house technology. We also know the material manufacturers and work closely with them to incorporate further expertise. After extensive testing, we make well-founded recommendations and provide you with a detailed test report containing all the parameters tested.
